I only take vitamin D. My endocrinologist checked my vitamin D levels a bit over a year ago, and I was severely deficient, so I'm currently on a 2000IU daily supplement to keep my D3 level within normal ranges.0

Since I've been tracking my macros I get quite a bit of my vitamins from my food. I rarely take vitamins. I take a calcium supplement on days that I don't meet my calcium goal but that's rare. I'm frequently over on Calcium, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and even Iron. Potassium I sometimes am low on but I think that's cause a lot of the foods aren't showing their potassium in their nutrition info.0

Multi and some extra D and magnesium.0

Multivitamin daily, considering getting back on an iron supplement (I regularly slip into anemia and can definitely notice the difference) and a Vit D supplement as well.0

I take vitamin d, a b-complex, two digestive enzymes a day with meals, a probiotic, vitamin c and a calcium/magnesium/iron supplement. And my doctor has also recommended that I start taking vitamin b2 and fish oil as well so I'm starting those on Sunday. I should take iron too because I don't get enough and my levels are kind of low.0

Multivitamin, just in case my diet isn't quite as well-rounded as I think it is.
B-complex to help regrow nerves which were severed by surgery (slowly, slowly, they're starting to come back). Also had magnesium to help with that, though once the bottle was done I didn't buy another.
D to support bone growth, though I'll probably stop once I'm done with this bottle. Started that one, along with calcium (which I have since run out of & stopped taking) when I had orthopedic surgery.
And I have fish oil to help with cholesterol levels & heart health, but often forget to take them.0 -
