    YES celtic it was easier as a child because we really did not care how far, how fast we went. Once I ran thru a barbed wire fence and had a deep cut...had stitches...end result ugly scar on my Right upper arm..

    YES you can start logging miles today or by the week...just keep up with you totals...

    Today I got in 3.25 walking miles and 4.8 Exercise bike miles...
    I will NOT add the exercise bike miles in my WALKING TICKER...I will do that separately.

    got in a leisurely walk at a family picnic, during which i ate way too many cadbury creme eggs and then came home and rode 13 miles.

    I just got my fitbit hr and an aria yesterday, and a treadmill a couple of days before that. I started today following that challenge on the MFP blog, 10,000 steps in 30 days. I actually did more than the 2000 you're supposed to do on day 1 because I didn't realize the fitbit wasn't recording steps for almost 15 minutes. Looked up why and then got back on the treadmill LOL

    My report is close to a mile, and if I consider the steps it didn't count, I think I've walked about a mile today. Nothing compared to you guys, but significant for me!

    gshillitani you're moving that is what counts!

    Today is my semi-rest day. I don't usually get in as much exercise.....2.5 mile walk with my girls. Did not sleep well last night and have some pain in my left hip. I'm done for today...

    No Exercise Bike today.....STILL at 4.8 Miles

    Hi I've just found this on mfp, I use to record food. I decided to do the 10,000 steps in 30 days started 3/3 with 5,000 and upping it by 500 daily. Sat managed 6,900 and today just over 10,000
