My tip is, when losing weight you really want to focus on working out the body part with the most acumilated fat. If that is in your abdomin, then focus on doing weighted abb exercises. Super sets really get the heart going and keeps you sweating so that as well would be really good to do! Whats your tip?0

Advise. The hardest , most difficult part of any exercise program is (for example running) lacing up your shoes and walking out the door . This is the easiest time to come up with all the excuses and reasons NOT to exercise .
Make yourself overcome this obstacle and the rest is easy.
After a few weeks you actually start looking forward to the exercise. You have the feeling something is wrong if you don't exercise.
So if today you really just don't feel like biking, running, walking , weight room ,whatever. That is precisely the time lace up your shoes and do it anyway. You'll feel better.0
