hi my name's Mary. I've been on mfp since 2011 so definitely not new here. But I lost motivation for a while. I'm a recent grad and am disappointed in my creation of bad habits over my last college semester and the nine months that I've been out of school. I'm ready to start again with 25-30 pounds to lose.
I've already turned working out into a habit. Now onto making eating right into a habit too!

    Glad you are back! Please add me as a friend! I need friends to motivate and to motivate me! Id like to lose about the same as you! I've been setting small goals at a time. So I don't get overwhelmed! I set my first goal for 10 lbs. which I've lost! Yay!! Working on the next 10 lbs. almost halfway there!!!
