Lately I never change mine. I have 160 calorie deficit. June 6 2015. If I try I guess. I could make it lol. Food and weights will make me late.0 -
i did it and it said i would gain weight, it never asked for my goal weight??0
-
Mine is around July 20th!0

Woo hoo!! By April 2017 I can be 74lbs!0
-
Doesn't really work as I wouldn't continue eating the same amount of calories once I lost weight.0

Just put my numbers in, set for moderately active, 47 y/o, woman, 5.5', 1200/day and it shows i'll steadily gain weight? Am I reading this correct, whoa, I just lost another pound this morning and I had 1500 day before yesterday and 1300 yesterday. I just woke up and may be seeing things.
edit: set for "woman" now.
@uvi5 I think your deficit should be a positive number, otherwise it's like saying a double negative. (IE my deficit is -500 = My surplus is +500)

17th of October I should weigh 110lbs if I stick to my calorie goal of 1300. It's a nice bit of motivation to keep me on track. I didn't think I could reach my goal so soon, but I guess if I work then I can! I don't like how it lets the weight go so low though! For me it goes down to 51lbs!0

January 16, 2016. Seems like a really long time!!! But I still have 68lbs to lose so I guess that's reasonable.0

says by sept 12 of this year I will be my goal weight. doubtful since I take so long to lose weight as it is. and if I keep doing what Im doing by april 1st 2017 I will be 86 lbs,. yeah um I would be emaciated by then and possibly dead.0
-
Wow! It says I would reach my goal weight right on my 35th birthday!0
-
This is great. It also says that I will get to my goal weight the weekend of my wedding lol.0

Appears something went wrong when she entered her height because it says a healthy weight for her would be 1 pound!0 -
I am glad it did help most people. For me it kinda put the weight loss in perspective. My calories I should be eating is 2300 but my dr has me as 1600.. So IT just puts it in perspective.0

That's not really true though. The website clearly shows that your rate of loss slows as you get nearer to your goal, because the deficit shrinks. You only have to eat less as you lose weight if you want your deficit to always be consistent, but there's no medical reason to want a consistent deficit.0 -

Correct! I actually tweaked my calories around to make sure I eat about 250 deficit 20 pounds before reaching my goal.0 -
I plugged in different calorie amounts and activity levels and it was interesting to see how the rate of loss shifted.0

I never understood the activity level thing, it just seems too much. light exercise 1-3 times a week produces a weekly total of 2100 calories? I mean that's not light anymore if you are racking up over 1000 calories a session.0

I've known about this site, its real popular on the old ED site I used to go to lol blah.
A tad disappointing to hear it might take til October 22, 2016 to get to 120, though. I will be about 140 by my daughter's 2nd birthday though!0 -
Pretty awesome, I was looking for a site just like this the other day and then finally did all the math tediously by hand. The hard part with weight loss, is that every lb you lose means less calories that your body uses to maintain. This site does that adjustment already. I like it. Wish I wouldn't have wasted time with all that math.. lol I already have a mini vacation planned for middle of September when I should reach my first goal. Looks like I should reach it in late August if things go according to plan.0

It actually does show that you are burning less! At least with mine, it shows my weight loss rate slowing as my deficit gets smaller with weight loss.

My goal weight falls between 2 dates. So according to it, I should reach it between June 27 and July 4. That's for my current goal anyway. I might decide to go a little lower, which would take until August 29 if I don't adjust my calories in as I lose weight.0

Becoming a hangry b!tch eating 1500 calories a day and doing even more exercise than I am now isn't worth losing 18# in 3 months. I'm already @nal about weighing my food and having accurate logging. If it works for you, great.
ETA: I'm fine with the current projection of 7 1/2 months.
