Feel free to check out my workouts for this week.
This is the first time I ever planned my workouts.
I normally just do what I feel like everyday.

    Wow, that looks like a great plan!
    I am super impressed (and a bit jealous lol!) by your mile time... mine's in the 7:40s.

    I looked at your profile and saw you want to enlist in the National Guard... I'm actually enlisted, leaving for basic training in *gulp* 8 days! But with that kind of plan and with your mindset you will definately get there :) Keep it up and you'll do great!

    Great work out plan! That's awesome! I have been "running" off and on for the last 5 years and I have never done a 7:14, congrats! I'd love to have that time.
