I just started and I have 60 lbs to loss. I hear that this is the place to do it. I am glad to know there are others who are here for support like me.:smile:

    I just started too. Yesterday was my first day. I cannot believe how fast my calories added up and I thought I was doing good. But I know that I just have to get in the swing again. Good Luck everyone. I'm starting small with 10 lb goal.
