Hey there I am craving soup and I only have 200 calories left for the day. Does anyone have any good recipes??

The ever popular staple for weight watchers: the Vegetable Soup.
For protein and a bit of a filler, I either add in some ground turkey or tofu. The recipe can make almost 10- 1.5cup servings.0 -

I just made a soup that had ~100 cals/cup... but it takes some time. I'll write up the recipe and post a thread, how's that?0

Someone put this one up as an Alfredo Sauce but I love it as a soup:
cook 1/2 head of cauliflower in small amt of water
when soft put into blender with 3 tblsp grated parmesan, 1/2 tsp (or more to taste), salt and pepper to taste. It is creamy and quick!
add more water to get to consistency you want...0 -

When I make my soups, I let it simmer on low for about 20 minutes. That way, it also gets the aroma going in your home0
