down 55 lbs

Finally got the nerve up to post a before and after picture. The "before" picture is from September of 2006 and my "after" picture was taken today by my husband. It is very hard for me to look at old pictures of me but at least it gives me a reality check. The highest weight that I ever actually recorded was 235lbs. I might have been more in this picture but I am not sure. This morning I was 178lbs over 55lbs lost. I thought I would never see the day. I am hoping to lose another 20-25lbs.

    You were pretty before but in your after picture you are absolutely glowing with beauty and health! Congratulations! Can't wait till I'm brave enough to post pics.

    You look great! you and I share a start point (I was at 234) and I think a similar end point (about 154) but you are about 20 lbs ahead of me. It is almost like I get a peek into the future. Thanks for that! Don't be embarrassed about where you were. Embrace how far you have come!!! Great job!:drinker:

    Oh my goodness are you beautiful! What an inspiration, especially to me, who has the same basic stats as yourself. You easily look 15-20 years YOUNGER in your after pic. You should be so proud, and your hubby must be happy to have such a smokin' hot babe of a wife. CONGRATS!
