I'm getting off track because I get bored of the same old thing every day. I work a full time job, and I like to make my own lunch (to save money and assure that I eat right). Well, what can I make for lunch besides a sandwich, I need to get creative and don't know how?

Go check out the "Skinny Taste" cookbook. I make so many amazing meals from it, freeze them, and have an awesome low-cal selection each week. Yum!

Can have soups as well. Pasta salads are lovely, if you can have hot meals, like beans on toast as well. Can have general salads as well, anything you want to be honest. hope I helped.

I have that same issue, getting bored with the same lunches. I recently discovered Starkist Gourmet Selects Thai Style Tuna in a convenient pouch. It's only 1 dollar, 140 calories 14g of protein. They have a variety of flavors. I just have that with my usual vegetables, but it's something different and on the approved list :)
