I only take vitamin D. My endocrinologist checked my vitamin D levels a bit over a year ago, and I was severely deficient, so I'm currently on a 2000IU daily supplement to keep my D3 level within normal ranges.

Since I've been tracking my macros I get quite a bit of my vitamins from my food. I rarely take vitamins. I take a calcium supplement on days that I don't meet my calcium goal but that's rare. I'm frequently over on Calcium, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and even Iron. Potassium I sometimes am low on but I think that's cause a lot of the foods aren't showing their potassium in their nutrition info.

Multivitamin daily, considering getting back on an iron supplement (I regularly slip into anemia and can definitely notice the difference) and a Vit D supplement as well.

I take vitamin d, a b-complex, two digestive enzymes a day with meals, a probiotic, vitamin c and a calcium/magnesium/iron supplement. And my doctor has also recommended that I start taking vitamin b2 and fish oil as well so I'm starting those on Sunday. I should take iron too because I don't get enough and my levels are kind of low.

Multivitamin, just in case my diet isn't quite as well-rounded as I think it is.
B-complex to help regrow nerves which were severed by surgery (slowly, slowly, they're starting to come back). Also had magnesium to help with that, though once the bottle was done I didn't buy another.
D to support bone growth, though I'll probably stop once I'm done with this bottle. Started that one, along with calcium (which I have since run out of & stopped taking) when I had orthopedic surgery.
And I have fish oil to help with cholesterol levels & heart health, but often forget to take them.

I take zinc and vitamin C as well as Omega 3's. I don't take the Omega 3-6-9's because our diet already has lots of omega 6's with nuts and grain-fed meats. You don't want your 6-9 ratio to be more than 4:1. Omega 9's are not essential fatty acids and our body can produce them on our own, plus they're also found in olive oil. So supplementing what your body lacks is key. Minimum of 6g 3's in 2-3 doses of 2-3g works well keeping the fats ratios even.

Eating "healthy" and eating "enough" aren't the same thing. If you're calorie restricted, you might need a little supplementation. Vitamin D is made when sunlight hits the skin, so if you spend time outdoors regularly, you don't need pills.

Do I need a prescription for that?
