WELCOME too the late comers. Nice too have you in our 'get moving' thread.....
I use too use the tickers. When eveyrone quit on me for awhile then I quit using them. I may try them again when I have time too think about it....

TODAY I walked with the girls and THEN I did a walk/run combination for myself...
Today 3.5 combination miles....
APRIL 3rd........................11.75 walking miles......

YES celtic it was easier as a child because we really did not care how far, how fast we went. Once I ran thru a barbed wire fence and had a deep cut...had stitches...end result ugly scar on my Right upper arm..

YES you can start logging miles today or by the week...just keep up with you totals...
Today I got in 3.25 walking miles and 4.8 Exercise bike miles...
I will NOT add the exercise bike miles in my WALKING TICKER...I will do that separately.
