Sugar

Today I ate completely clean - fruit smoothie w/ almond milk, grilled chicken garden salad (no dressing), grilled pork chop, brussel sprouts, apple & sweet potato. I'm trying to get off sugar but after posting today, my nutrition data shows I ate 51g of sugar. My question is: Is the sugar I ate bad or is it all natural sugar & is good?

As far as I know sugar is sugar there is no bad or good sugar. The main difference is that natural sugar from fruits and vegetables also comes with lots of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. While added sugar is just empty calories.
From what you listed it looks like most of the sugar was from natural sources. If you didn't make the smoothie yourself you could check to see if they add any extra sugar to it.
Keep up the good work!0
