Weight loss usually doesn't show for the first 20 or 25 pounds. In your case, you would look anorexic if you lost that much. So it probably won't show until you've lost the 14 pounds you want to lose.0

OP, not the above.....
Since you only have 14 pounds to lose I assume you are already at a healthy weight according to the "standards". It does take a little more diligence to lose weight when you do not have a lot to lose.
Your diet, your deficit and your goals and how quickly you set them up to lose weight is where you start. I predict the first few pounds will be water weight (you body is adapting to the changes you are doing) and as you stick to the "defict" to lose pounds I would say 3 to 4 weeks and this is with honest and accurate logging of your food/exercise and staying diligent to your goals and commitment.

I had 2.5 stones to lose. Now I've lost a stone I can see a difference and have dropped a dress size.0

You're welcome. The question was when does weight loss show, not how much weight to lose. With the little bit you have to lose, my answer was correct.0 -
I'm 5'4" and on the lower end of my weight range ..5 lbs makes a difference to me now actually I would look horrible if I lost that right now hence the reason I am doing body recomp.
The first couple lbs are almost always water weight but as long as you're maintaining a deficit ...it will come off. Took me about 3 weeks to notice.0 -

You will notice changes after the first week. You'll lose your water weight first then things slow down. The water weight in your case is about 5-7lbs. Go by the mirror and not the scale to detect changes.0

So much depends on what percent of your starting weight you have to lose. For you, you should feel it in a couple of weeks and others will see it shortly after. For me, Nobody noticed until I had already lost about 50 lb although I definitely felt it in my clothes.0

When you are small, both loss and gain show much more quickly, becuse your relative rate of change is greater. (You are changing bodyweight by a greater percentage).
But losing is much much harder when you are small or close to goal.0 -
