Hi! I am so happy I joined because now I can see what and how I'm doing, and what I've been doing wrong all these years. Again just wanted to say "HI"

    Hi! I felt the same way! It took me 2 months to lose 4 lbs and after joining MFP I've lost 12lbs in 3 months! Add me if you want! :happy:
