Bikini Boot Camp (2 weeks5/18-5/31)

Hey girls!!! Lets to a bikini boot camp!! I am getting ready for a trip to Italy/France in two weeks and and I wanna look fab!! Here is my plan, feel free to add suggestions if you wish.

(ill be packing and moving my entire apartment in the next two weeks, and Im gonna consider that "extra" :)

EATING:

Clean, easy:

limit eating out to 1 (ONE!) time/week, and then with a good choice made

limit alcohol to NONE, or a couple glasses of wine/week

eliminate processed carbs (breads, cereal, etc)

eliminate processed sugar

eliminate carbonated beverages of all kinds...

what can we eat??

TONS of fruits(watermelon, melon, apples, pears, oranges, cherries, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple etc) and veggies(kale, spinach, carrots, celery, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, you get the picture!!!)
esp dark green leafy-s

Quinoa and Wild/brown rice

ezekiel bread

eggs

beans

EXERCISE:

Cardio every day, alternating between 35-55 mins/session- keeping HR at a point where you burn about 10/min or 500-600/hour

Weights however you like them, every other day

Crunches/mat work, every other day

if you are part of a gym...3-4 yoga classes a week (if you like them, I love them so thats what I picked)

Goal:600-800 cals burned/day.

reward- a new bikini!!! (or swimsuit of your choice, or tanning appointment, or hair appointment, nails, something that makes you feel FABULOUS)
