    Would like to invite to some challenge groups...it gives you a place that people are looking for your daily success! Keeping it Green (stay within calorie goal each day) and 3 Things (choose 3 things you want to focus on for the month---not always scale related)

    Once i cut down on the take aways and fried foods, it was a lot easier for me to lose weight.
    So start by eating healthier and start weighing everything!
    Also, get some exercise into your routine and you'll be off to a good start.

    I'm eating way under my calorie allowance each day and run 4 miles every other day. Not lost an ounce yet! What am I doing wrong?
