This is my first week at this what is the secret to not be so hungry at bedtime?

    I would say either have a bowl of good healthy cereal or maybe a cereal bar. I generally have either one of the Special K bars which are 90 calories.

    Save yourself enough calories to have a healthy snack. But try to not eat it too late in the evening.

    hi,
    i try to eat about 3 hours before bed, and if i feel hungry i grab some grapes or strawberries. i keep them in the fridge in small bags ready for grabbing. :flowerforyou:
