hi all,
Just joined and have noticed that it states NO monounsaturated fat and NO polyunsaturated fat. I thought these where the 'good' fats, any advice welcome. Cheers

It just means that there are no recommended limits for those kinds of fats.0

Thanks for the reply, is there an unofficial amount that is generally excepted as 'good'?0

Limit transfat -- it is often in packaged foods.

Basically calculate your dietary fat goal (0.35 - 0.45 per lb of body weight). Make sure you at least hit that goal every day. Try to avoid artificial trans fats. Other than that, other types of fats are fine (monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, and saturated).0

Or use this chart to determine daily fat if you are math challenged like I am
