So I use cream of mushroom soup for a lot, like for example I am cooking chicken in it right now in the slow cooker. How do I log this? I dont use it for sauce (on my plate I do for the kids) so I am confused as to how to log it.

Will it add calories? I would assume so right?

When I do stuff like this, I put it all in the recipe builder and go by the portions it gives me.

Take your best guess. I would use a factor of 2 tbls to cover a 4 oz piece of chicken.

Figure out how many calories per tablespoon and multiply by your guess.

This is what I do as well. Exception is when there is leftover from cooking, such as oil for frying or dry mix for coating - I just reduce the quantity (amount) of those ingredients in the recipe.
