I was wondering how often people weigh themselves? A few years ago, I got into the horrible habit of doing it about 5 times everyday. Now I'm down to weighing myself about once a week.

That's so funny because I just asked the same question today (I asked under my status though). I weigh myself once per week. I find that if I do it everyday, I get discouraged by the natural fluctuation.0

I weigh every Monday morning...but I also take a sneak peak every Sunday morning. But no more than that.0

I actually weigh daily. I find that no matter what happens with the fluctuations (they only go up once or twice a week for me), it helps motivate me. Seeing numbers EVERY morning helps me to either see a tiny bit of weight loss, or those mornings it goes up I am motivated even more to make it go back down. I find I need that daily reinforcement instead of waiting, because I am more likely to cheat knowing I will have lost weight regardless, this way I fight for every .3 I lose "D0

hehe, I check almost every morning, but I only count Monday morning...which keeps me a little more on guard during the weekend!0

My "official" weigh-in is once a week on Sunday mornings,but I usually take a mid-week "peek" to make sure I'm staying on track.0

I trhnk once a week is fine.. I find that I get a bit frustrated if I try it more often than that...besides... its way cooler to see a larger number at the end of the week0

Wow! I had this discussion at the office break this morning! I do it every morning and then at night before I go to sleep. Only because I'm losing so much right now, it gets me moving and wanting to do more. Now since I'm getting closer to goal (over 70 lobs lost so far!) I tend to do it twice a day 3 times a week. To each their own.0
