Need to keep motivated

Hi. Been on here before but not used the forums. So hoping that this will encourage me to stay on track.

Need a constant kick up the backside! But got to get on it this time and make it count. Any help advice or suggestions welcome!

    Hello. i was on here last year and it worked for a few months, then personal things happened and now I want and need to get serious about loosing weight and getting into shape. Looking for friends that we can encourage each other :)

    Understand the reasons why you want to lose weight, thats what should motivate you. Then commit.

    If you keep failing, then understand why and avoid failing in a siilar way You need to be well prepared as well as understand what you are doing plus what you need to do. Learn the basics of dieting and keep it simple. It is not complicated and just requires consistent application. Be at a deficit and you will lose.
