Hello to you all! 130+ lbs to lose..

Hi all! I am 26 years old and I have 130 lbs to lose (I am 5'3"). I won't dwell on how I got to be this size, only that it happened very rapidly and has been very emotionally draining for me. Just a few years ago I was 140 lbs. My self-esteem and confidence has suffered a lot, but I am ready for change.
I am on a low-carb (mostly diabetic) diet, and I had lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks on it... but then I cheated when out with friends and it was a downward spiral. While I know everyone slips up once and while, when I slip up... I really, really slip up and my motivation goes out the window... so I could really use a lot of dietary support!
I'm just planning on tracking food on here; I am beginning an insurance-run weight management plan which includes a gym membership at a hospital that uses a key fob to accurately track my exercise. I have Lyme Disease and psoriatic arthritis, bursitis from a torn AC in my shoulder, and plantar fasciitis in my left foot, so my exercise routine has to be very specific and not as rigorous as I would like. I'm leaving it up to the professionals!
If you have similar weight loss goals, please add me! The more support I have, the better! And I of course will provide the same.
