Frustration

I am new to the program, only about a week. Loving it~However everytime I go to weigh in either I have gained weight or am right back where I started. Any idea's on how to get over the intial setback?

    It could be because of the time of day you are weighing yourself. Have you tried doing it first thing in the morning?

    I always weigh myself first thing in the morning...naked before my shower. I don't step on a scale any other time unless it is at the Dr. office.

    I also weigh myself in the morning right after I procrastinate in getting out of bed.
