200 SIDE KNEE LIFTS

One hundred on the right and one hundred on the left. If you want to take it up a notch, use a resistance band tied around your ankles (or you could use ankle weights). Make sure to alternate legs.
Super Challenge Option: Immediately after you finish the knee lifts, go straight into 100 squats.

Great job. You do not have to do the challenge both days. You just have 2 days to complete the challenge which is why there is more to do for the challenge. However if you want to do them both days good for you that is awesome.0
