Ok I did good all day and right about dinner time I feel like I ate to mucha nd I sort of binge on ribs/sausage and I feel horrible and my calories are high and what to do for tomorrow should I just learned from this mistake and start fresh tomorrow like its a new day and try harder? I do eat healthy all the time and I do drink a lot of water I really don't drink cokes I actually stopped drinking them and I haven't touched one in like a month! I would also really like to have some weight loss buddies and help support each other.

Tomorrow is a new day! Start fresh and don't beat yourself up over going over! I have been on many diets and this is surely the one thing that seemed to sabotage me everytime. I started a new life plan about 10 days ago and take it one day at a time. Did I have days where I went over..sure and then the next day I got back on track. You should be very proud of making the step to begin a new healthy life.0

yep put a smile on your face and start new tomorrow you cant take back what you ate (well i guess you could but it would not be wise and gross) just put a few more steps in your next day and maybe a few more sit ups you can do it but it just takes time dont beat yourself up over it:happy:0

Don't worry about what you have done. Tomorrow is a new day. Learn from what you have done and move on. It is a constant battle and we all have our bad days. Just keep up the good work and get to your goal. Good luck!!!0

Don't beat yourself up over it or you will get discouraged! Start tomorrow as a new day. But while you are upset and uncomfortably full, take the time to think about how you feel (physically and emotionally), and remember it next time you are tempted to overeat.0

I just try to work off a bit more like was already said here, doing it a couple of times to work off 500-800 calories make me feel better and think twice before I splurge, but when I do it is worth it.0

You didn't go over too awful much. It happens sometimes. Look at all the weight you have already lost. Just start fresh tomorrow and remember how you felt tonight if your tempted to do that again. Good luck!0

Like the others said, start fresh tomorrow and don't beat yourself up about it. We are only human if you want a friend add me!0

Don't be so hard on yourself. Everyone has a slip up. Start over fresh tomorrow. Sip on water while you prepare dinner. You will not be so hungry when you sit down to eat.
Good luck tomorrow. You can do it.0 -
Thanks everyone!! I really love the answers and the advise that I have read thanks for the help I probably going to try to exercise harder tomorrow for what I did today.0

That happens to me about dinner time I get hungry then I'll ended up snacking on some thing and I know that isn't a good idea I will try that with cooking now on is drink water while I am cooking instead of snacking on some thing when I am fixing to eat soon as soon the food is done,0 -
If you keep looking back, you'll get a sore neck. You'll do great today. ;-)0

Chew on some gum too. I often do that as well. I'm a terrible muncher while preparing food.0
