    Well honestly don't jump feet forward into it !! Sit down plan it out start off tiny like for me I cut sodas out and just drank tea bad but better than soda I then drank water and one cup a tea a. Day now it's water. I cut the sugar food out completely and traded it for healthy food once I had eating healthy down I added working out next and I'm adding on to it take your time and work on it !! With patient comes great results !!
