Hi everyone! I'm in my first couple weeks using MFP so far I've only managed to lose about 5 pounds but hoping to have an end result of about 90. Would love to have friends and people around for advice and motivation!

Hi! I have used MFP on and off for a couple of years. I have been on track again since January I am 16 pounds into a goal of 75-85 pounds of weight loss. An average of 1-2 pounds a week should be your goal. Best thing to remember is we didn't gain it overnight and it won't come off overnight. Just keep up whatever you are doing and you will continue to see results! Best of luck on your journey!0
