Any suggestions on how to log workout videos into your exercise log? I'm currently doing 21 Day Fix and I want to enter it everyday but I'm unsure how to do this.

Do you know how many calories you burn? You can enter exercises here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/exercise/new?date=2015-04-06&type=0. If you don't know maybe use a tracker when you're doing your workout to find out the approximate calories you burn. Or a calorie burn calculator for an estimate.
