My name is Audrrinna I love in California and I'm looking for support that I don't get at home. I'm eating 500-1000 calories a day and working out every day at least a little. I'm 21 btw. I am engaged and realized that my fiancé doesn't look at me the way he did when I was 160lbs so I'm going all the way for him and so that I can feel better about myself. 120 to 130 or bust baby!

    Why on earth are you only eating 500-1000 calories a day?? Go for a sustainable deficit so that this plan will actually work long term.

    There's NO reason to starve yourself. It won't do you any favors.
  • I have found that when I eat 1200 calories at least, I do better sticking with my routine. Good luck!

    I actually used to not eat a lot until I met my fiancé and we were going out to eat all the time. I've always eaten small portions it's just that the junk we were eating together was like1500 calories for a burger so eating the same portions that I always have but better nutrient filled foods I only end up eating 500-1000 calories a day. @corinic91
