I've seen some people mention websites for getting protein powders but can't seem to find them in the search. This is the powder I'm looking for. Anyone know an online source? Anyone have experience with this product? It's supposed to have really high quality predigested proteins that you really get more out of. It's a little pricey, but why buy something that's not as good for a little less money? I'm using the PMD Platinum Pump Fuel as a preworkout drink and I think it works great!!!! I used it for a week during my regular workouts and thought I noticed I was able to do more reps, but didn't really notice a big difference until I didn't use it for two days. I should mention that I can get this at a GNC close by, but thought I'd see if I could find a better price online.

    I've heard about this protein, but most online distributors don't carry it. It's pretty good quality from all the reviews I've seen, it has a great amino acid profile, and has some additives you won't find in other proteins (flaxseed). That being said, it's pricey, so if you have the money go for it. In terms of protein quality though, don't believe the hype. Most companies advertise how they've come up with the most advanced protein to date, but you won't see significant differences based on the type of protein you buy. You'd be just as well off with ON, Dymatize, Myofusion, Scivation, etc.

    Honestly, I'd much rather spend the money on whole foods, because after all, whey protein is a "supplement". It doesn't contain the micro nutrients found in whole foods.
