Post workout green smoothie without protein powder

1. One full cup spinach
2. Half Cup of orange juice
3. Three table spoon Greek yogurt
4. Half banana
5. One spoon honey
6. Mix everything in blender and you will have your healthy green post workout smoothie ready

    3. 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
    4. 2 cups spinach
    5. 1 frozen banana
    6. 2 tbsp PB2
    7. 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

    Yum.

    I would recommend drinking this before you hit the gym as you are losing a lot of sweat and electrolytes. The orange juice will keep you hydrated and energized

    Thank you.... I wish I could do that but generally go to gym directly from office.... So not possible to carry smoothie...
