Work out plan?

Getting my diet under control was only half of the work. This app has really helped me figure out what I should be eating and how much, but now I want to start working out to help me tighten, tone, and flatten before summer. I want to work out my whole body but mostly staying focused on my stomach, hips, and legs area. I would really appreciate if some one could give me a schedule that I could follow weekly in order to start seeing results. Thank you so much!

    Agreed on BB.com. Lets you customize based on gender, body type, and whether you're a beginner/expert on lifting. I've done a few of their workouts and had great results.
