Anyone know how many calories you burn in each work out? also...how many times a week should you do these work outs?

    Depends on the workout! Higher intensity workouts = more burned in a given amount of time. Or you can go lower intensity for longer times. Either way seems good!

    I have been doing Ripped in 30 since a week. I just received my brand new HRM (Polat FT4) in the mail today. I used it for the first time with Ripped in 30- Week 1. I burned a total of 400 calories (warm up + circuit+ cool down). I am 5'1" and 151.2 lbs.

    I am working out 5-6 times a week- usually 5 times. JM recommends at least 1 rest day per week.

    What is Ripped in 30? I just started and am looking for a routine.

    Ripped in 30 is a Jillian Michaels work out DVD. I plan on starting it tonight. I've heard great things about that and also her 30 Day Shred!
