Insanity/Running schedule

I am running a half marathon this next weekend and afterwards want to tone up a little more, but do not want to lose my running endurance. Any suggestions on a hybrid schedule for insanity and running?

I'd allow yourself a couple of easy weeks to recover fully first. Personally I wouldn't do more than two sessions of each because they're both high impact. For the two running sessions you could do, say intervals or hills in the week and a long run at the weekend. To tone up you might want to consider traditional weight training or body weight resistance rather than something based on plyometrics like Insanity. Or if you want more cardio, something low impact like swimming or cycling.0
