My first major NSV

Yesterday my mother gave me 2 pairs of size 18 Next jeans as she wasn't comfy wearing them. I took them home with thanks and decided that i'd keep them for when I was skinnier.
Left them in the car last night as I thought they'd be about an inch from closing- I don't know about the rest of you in the UK but I find Next's sizes a tad on the small size. Until reccently I've been wearing their size 22- I thought I might be about ready to hit a size 20.
Anyway- thought I'd try them on tonight just to see how far off I am from getting into them and the first pair zipped up. But more than that- They fit!!!! I bounced around the house showing my hubby then thought huh -maybe they're a loose fit- but no! the second pair fit as well.
So I rang my mum and screamed they fit they fit they fit at her.
I am so flipping happy right now :)

    I'm trying to imagine my mom's reaction to me screaming "They fit! They fit! THEY FIT!" at her over the phone. She'd probably tell my dad to switch to an unlisted number. :laugh: :laugh:

    wtg - I have just got into 18's from 22/24's so I know the feeling well

    I have a pair of next 16's which I am working towards.

    Thanks everyone :) I love this site. Had I posted something this insane elswhere I probably would have got a lot of rude comments instead of all of the support. :laugh:
