Vinyasa Yoga

So I'm trying to do my Vinyasa Yoga DVD (Kathy Smith New Yoga Challenge) at LEAST 5 days a week!
i used to work out 2-21/2 hours a day! EVERY day!
So I guess I crashed yep.
Anyone see results with JUST doing Vinyasa Yoga? I love it because I'm not just sitting on my *kitten* and stretching.
Thoughts? :-)

    I absolutely love Vinyasa yoga! I've lost over 20lbs since the begining of the year just by using MFP (staying in calorie goal) and doing Vinyasa at least 3 times a week! Stick with it! But don't burn yourself out by overdoing it, mix it up with walking or other activities like that!
    Good luck! I know that you'll start seeing results if you aren't already!
