I am 31 and want to gain weight. Specifically at least 15 pounds. I have been 150 for about 10 years and can't gain. Having thyroid tested soon to see if that's the problem. Any suggestions, add me or post PLEASE!

I know gaining weight is frustrating . . . just as frustrating as losing weight. After having your thyroid tested, talk to your doctor. He/she may send you to a nutritionist.0

I was under 140 and a "hardgainer" for all of my adult life until I decided to do a bulk last year. I made it up to 147. I'm now bulking again, and am currently at 157. As it turns out.. I'm not a hard-gainer.. I just didn't eat enough to gain. Without any underlying conditions, which hopefully the doctor will rule out soon, its really as simple as eating more and lifting. Feel free to friend me.0
