21-Day Get Fit Program

I spent the last year plus exercising and eating better. I've been hitting the gym 3-5 days per week working on cardio and lifting weights. Then last weekend I see an infomercial about this 21-day program where people on the testimonials are losing about a lb per day.
They also tout a 3-day "quick-fix" to get your body ready for the beach.
All this wasted time and money at the gym when I could have had my beach body last summer all in the comfort of my home.

You sure could. Buy it and try it and let us know how this works out...

I bought it - not worth the money. They send you these little containers and that's how you measure your food. it's just like all the other programs, they just take your money. I'm sure if you work it right, it'll work, but the containers are REALLY small so you aren't eating very much, therefore you are losing weight. Maybe you could find it on ebay and not pay the full price. Good Luck!0

I should have inserted the "insert sarcasm" emoji. This infomercial was worse than others because of the 21-day claim. I would think that would set you up for failure. But most people just want something easy and a quick fix. Not a change in lifestyle.0

The only program that I have ever seen that works is the Richard Simmons Deal A Meal system which is still on the market. It is based on the concept of portions too but you move the cards when you have eaten that particular food...when you are out of cards in the sleeve, you are done eating for the day. It has been on the market now for over 20 years.

Pfft, I saw one where for only 3 minutes a day I can get rock hard abs in just 4 weeks. Your move!0
