How to stop craving

Hi how do you stop the crave for fizzy drinks that's my down fall anyone got any ideas

    Hi first of all it's going to be hard for you to stop craving something without slowly weaning yourself from it. Instead of taking 16 oz, you wean yourself to 8 oz then drink 8 oz of water, then 4 oz of sugary drinks with 12 oz of water. Cleansing is also one of the best things you have to do but you must have a good control. The first 3 days are difficult because your body is doing a detox. When you take in sugary drinks, your insulin level shots up then temporarily decrease blood sugar then you crave for more sugary drinks then the cye begins. You can replace your regular drink with protein that can help control your cravings. And I know which protein drinks are better for you. If you are interested let me know...
