Leaner legs please!

I have a weird body type. Skinny arms, tiny waist, then...THIGHS. They aren't terribly out of shape, but you can definitely see a little saddlebag.

MFP, what can I do to make them leaner without bulking them up? I have a bicycle I'd like to start using and try to stay below 1200 calories a day. Do pilates help? I know there are a bunch of videos on YouTube. I just need to get committed!

The best results I've ever gotten with my thighs has been running. I also do yoga, elliptical and lots of squats, leg lifts and clamshells.

    You want leaner legs?

Sorry I thought you are fed-up with leaner legs.

Pilates is primarily for strength, flexibility, posture and core strengthening.

EDTA: OK now I understood. You want leaner legs with muscles. Am I correct? In that case running, cycling, lunges, leg extensions, leg presses.

    And you won't bulk.
