Baby steps worked for me. Start one of those things you know you need to do today. Start with something easy like drink at least 6 glasses of water or eat an extra serving of vegetables and cut down your portion of something more caloric or go for a 15 minute brisk walk.0

Most of that I'm doing already and even a 5 minute brisk walk is extremely hard on my heart. Any thoughts on very low intensity workouts? My heart rate is already high from my heart issue so

I agree with starting small. I started with saying no to office snacks, adding more water, asking myself if I was really hungry. Then I started moving more. 5-10 walking during the day and practicing some yoga at night ( maybe 20 minutes or so). I then paid myself for every workout and used the money to buy something not food related! Every little bit helps!0
