I found this on Sparks People and I thought it's quite helpful. We all know the most important part apart from drinking loads of water is what types of food you eat. I always need help in this sector so I thought the list was really helpful. I'm thinking about testing this out, eating only from this super food list and see how I go...I might blog about it...hmm...

Thanks for posting this - I had no idea what super foods were so goggled it and am going to print off this list and see how I get on. There are foods on this list that I thought would be "bad" for my weight management plan (diet is a naughty word in my house, lol!) but will let you know how i get on - good luck x0

beachbody.com has somethin' similar to this that I use...It's great to follow as well... michi's ladder. Eat only from tier 1 & 2 - had gotten me my weight loss that I have achieved in less than 6 month 42 lbs GONE!...0
