How many of you will join me and commit to doing 250 squats tomorrow? Great for the thighs, and buttocks.....:devil:

I go see my trainer tomorrow and she loves squats, I usually do 90 so I will commit to 250 tomorrow!! EEK I'm gonna be sore..but bring on the perky butt!!!!!0

Just so happens that tomorrow is my Bodypump class and my instructor looves the squats! I'll count how many I do in class and do the rest after! I'm in!0

Have Body Pump tonight as well...I am sure we will do several squats. I will do my best to meet this challenge...:glasses: I did do an hour work out last night as part of our weekly challenge...could not figure out how to edit my post under that topic... Have a great day everyone!!!0

I'm SO in!!!!!! 250 squats........ HERE WE COME!!!!! Will report back tomorrow after workout......:happy: I have BodyPump @ 7pm and I think I will really push myself and do the 250 after class.... IM BRINGING SEXII BACK!!!!0

I could only do 140 last week and I felt it for 3-4 days (I had never done them before). I will aim for 100. That 250 is too much for me.0

- 50 wall squats

Thanks to Body Pump I did it! I had done 100 before class and I kind of lost count during class as I basically stopped counting after 150! Yay! (I think I am going to hurt tomorrow!!) :happy:0
