I am looking to drop over 100 lbs. My friend introduced me to My Fitness Pal. I have only lost ~30lbs. I started Jan 1, 2015. I know my wt is an issue and can only do some lite exercise. According to what I am reading... 275lb, 56 yr 5'4", walking the dog .5 miles & 2 hr house work (min per day), while eating 1,200-1,500 cal... I should be loosing faster. I do log everything! I use a electronic scale, wet/dry measuring cups.... I have been stuck at 244/245 for a month!!! Any ideas would be welcome.

I am looking to add women over 40 years of age, w/50 or more lbs to loose..... I am 56 and need to loose 75-100 lbs, I have lost 30 so far and need accountability friends!0
