Hi I have been in this place so many times before..But age and life's pressures have me back to my former fat suit and I just can't motivate myself!! So I thought I would try a different approach and talk about it!!

    Hi there! Don't be so hard on your self. Weight loss if often a very hard struggle but luckily the MFP app is a very awesome tool to help keep you on the right track.
    Ask yourself what your goals are. Are you trying to lose a certain amount of weight? Plug in your bodies stats (weight, height, ect.) and figure out how much calories you should be eating daily . Changing your diet alone will be an immense help. Once you have a good grasp on your diet, add exercise (it could be something as simple as walking) into your routine. Now I know that it's easier said than done and that there can underlying emotional issues that you're dealing with that affect your eating habits but just know that there are many others dealing with the same issues. There are many coping mechanisms you can use to deal with emotional issues that affect your weight loss progress. You're not alone :)

    It's a journey involves thought I was finished with..So here we go again.. Looking forward to using app... I have never counted calories before..Just points or syns.. So this is completely new!! Onward and upwards!!
    Did you have any success with app? If you don't mind me asking.. :)
