I work out with a trainer and she said my weight training is about 150-200 Cals burned. How can I add the whole session at 150 to my diary rather that each individual exercise and reps etc?

I add mine under cardio.0

I also add one of the generic strength training cardio workouts. I went through the trouble of adding everything in once, but I change things up every 6-8 weeks. To much of a hassle. The cardio calories are close enough for me.
Fiddle with the time on the strength training under cardio till you get 150 calories.0 -
Add "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" to Cardiovascular to get estimated Calories Burned added to your Diary. Please note that the Calories burned for Cardiovascular exercises are estimates for a general population and may differ for you as an individual. If desired, add individual strength training exercises, such as "Biceps Curl," to Strength Training to have a log of sets, reps, and weights as individual exercises.
