From a long day at the office, 10 years school activities and new born I'm worn out...did I mention I'm breastfeeding :) I just bought Tracy Andersons workout dvd precision toning a 45 min work out full body. I plan on starting in the morning since I'm day four of baby in crib training and its going well. I could really use the help and motivation. I want to be healthy and that's meaning mind body soul and I feel I'm ready....help (new to this community board so any advice and direction is appreciated) -Crystal

My 2nd just turned 6 months and we are finally getting into a sort of routine...I'm also nursing, the weight stays on for me while nursing, it's a real struggle. I'm starting to wean a little so hoping for faster progress soon. Feel free to friend me, we can support each other. Good luck!

Hi everybody! I am starting next week! I'll be doing it only twice a week (days when I am not running). I completed Shred last fall and it was terrible :) I did it every single day though... Hopefully twice a week will not be as bad! :)
