Hello, I am new to MFP, this is the first day of my weight loss journey. Ideally I would like to lose 50lbs. Looking to befriend anyone who is looking to lose weight, lost weight or lives in the area. I've never joined anything like this before and could really use tips, suggestions, work out buddy, and friends for motivation, support, and accountability.
