Does anyone know approximately how many calories burned in a 60 minute vinyassa class?

    I usually just log it as 100-150 depending on the class, Id rather underestimate. Yyoga isnt something I do to burn calories

    When I used to wear my HRM to them, not many. 150 max. Usually around 125.

    It seriously depends on the instructor. I wear my HRM every time and it's varied between 150-350. The 350 one was pretty brutal and the instructor mixed elements of Pilates in there too. The 150 went really slow. For reference, I'm 5'6" and 165 pounds.
